Felipa Angelito Acosta, age 79, passed away
peacefully on Thursday, January 11, 2018. She was
born on September 5, 1938 at La Union,
Philippines to late Maximiano and Nicholasa
Acosta. She graduated in Adamson University with
Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry Batch 1962. She
was a retiree of California State Compensation
Insurance Fund. “Fely” as well known, truly lived
life to the fullest through serving God as a choir
member of Catholic Church in the Philippines and
USA. She had an uncanny ability to reach people
in a deep and positive way. She will be
remembered as the Candle lady of St. Barnabas
Catholic Church and a woman with golden heart.
Visitation will be held at Greer Family Mortuary on
January 17, 2018 from 4:00-9:00 pm. Interment
will be held at St. Barnabas Church on January 18,
2018 at 10:30 am.
