John Henry Lundberg Jr

 John Lundberg (1948 - 2022)

 John was preceded in death by his son Jason and survived by his wife Donna, son Brian, sisters Lori Black and Linda Stewart, and brother-in-law John (Karen) Giovannetti. He was a beloved Uncle to Diane (Sam) Cady, Joe (Jessica) Giovannetti, Rachel Giovannetti, Danielle (Patrick) Smalley, and Geena Giovannetti.

 John was extremely proud of his military service for the United States Navy where he served in the Vietnam War. Returning home, he followed in his father’s footsteps and joined the Southern Pacific Railroad. His career took him to Management Services where he met his wife and made many life long friends.

 John had many hobbies among his favorite was camping and four wheeling in his Jeep along the Rubicon trail. Later in life he developed a fondness for horse racing. He had a skill for picking winners especially at the smaller circuit like Mahoning Valley and Arizona Downs. In fact the last bet he made won so you could say he went out a winner.

 A memorial service will be scheduled at a later date. In lieu of flowers, you can make a donation to St Paul’s Restoration Fund 221 Valley Street San Francisco Ca. 94131.
