Tribute

In loving memory of Jose Manuel Ramirez

“Chato” to some

“King Kong” to others

“Nuno” to those closest to him

Born in Berkeley, CA on May 4, 1982 , to Manuel and Cecilia Ramirez, Jose passed away on January 2, 2022 in his family home. He is survived by his children, Nayeli and Dominic (Jr) Ramirez; and grandchild, Catalaya Torres. My brother was a die hard raiders fan and he would have loved to see the team make it to the Super Bowl playoffs this year. Jose was only 4 months away from turning 40, he was still so full of life. Jose had a contagious smile and laugh that would always lighten the moods of those around him. He still had so many hopes, dreams, and plans for this new year. The idea that brought him the most excitement was his plan to start his own motorcycle club with a friend, Los Aztecas. For those aware of his plans or who would like to accompany him, please join him on one last ride to lead him to his final resting place.

Friends and family may visit on Thursday, January 13, 2022 from 3pm-7pm and are invited to attend the Life Celebration Mass on Friday, January 14, 2022 at 10:30am.
