Kevin E. Harris passed away peacefully in his sleep on Thursday, May 28, 2020. Kevin was born on August 7, 1974 in Los Angeles, California to Yvonne and Lewis. He graduated from Crenshaw High School then moved to the Bay Area to attend The Academy of Art and study film. He married his high school sweetheart, Joey Harris, on July 11, 2004. They were blessed with their beautiful daughter, Alexandria Barbara-Renee Harris on September 26, 2005. Kevin’s first love was always his family, followed by football where he was an active coach within the Pop Warner organization. He was a master chef, master planner, and master of any obstacle that came his way. He will be forever loved and missed by his family and friends, most of which were just like family.
From Joey to her Soul Mate -
When two souls fall in love, there is nothing else but the yearning to be close to the other. The presence is felt through a held hand, a voice heard, and the sight of a smile. Even through a simple touch. Souls do not have calendars or clocks, nor do they understand the notion of time or distance. They only know it feels right to be with one another. This is the reason why you miss someone so much when they are not around. Your soul feels their absence – it doesn’t realize the separation is temporary.
