Ursula Greczmiel 

Ursula Maria Greczmiel passed away peacefully in her sleep on Sept. 13, 2022 at home in Alameda, California – 2 days shy of her 92nd birthday. She is survived by her husband of 67 years - Ulrich, sons Norbert, Mark and Steve, 3 grandchildren, and 8 great-grandchildren.

Ursula was born in Hamburg, Germany. In 1953 she emigrated to Canada where she met her future husband Ulrich. They married in 1955 and moved to California in 1966.  She was a great mom, enjoyed reading, gardening and loved animals.  

She also served 26 years as a volunteer with the Alameda Hospital Auxiliary.

Family and friends are invited to attend the Memorial Service on Saturday, October 15th at 10:00 a.m. at St. Philip Neri Church.
