Originally from Philadelphia, PA, Ken has been in funeral service since 1988.  He is a licensed funeral director and embalmer and has been in management since 1993.  Ken truly believes quality of service to his families is paramount and each one should be served with the same dignity and respect that he’d want his own family to receive.

Ken resides in Alameda with his wife Jaddy and daughter Helen.  His interests are professional baseball and football and his hobbies are working out and running. Ken has completed over 70 marathons and has run one in all 50 states and five continents.  He is also a member of Bay Farm Community Church of Alameda, Alameda Rotary Club, Alameda Hospital Foundation Board President, Alameda Meals on Wheels Board,  Koreatown Northgate Board of Oakland, and Toastmasters International.

Christine has been in the funeral profession since 2002, and has been a licensed Funeral Director and Embalmer at Greer® Family Mortuary since 2008.

Christine lives in Alameda with her husband, Ron and their two dogs, Izzy and Frankie.  She enjoys spending time with her family and friends, cooking, gardening, going to car shows, travelling and visiting her hometown Napa.

She is a member of the Bayview Women's Group in Alameda, a volunteer for Alameda Meals on Wheels, active within the Alpicella Club with her husband and attends various Chamber events.

Michelle graduated from Mount Hood Community College in 2014, earning her degree in Funeral Service. Her career has taken her from Portland to Monterey to Sacramento, and now to Alameda.

Michelle enjoys spending time with her husband Zach and their cat Mackers, traveling, and music.

Consuela Martinez-Linares

Born and raised in Hayward, CA, Consuela has worked in the Cemetery/Funeral Home business for over 10 years in Administration and Funeral.

 

Consuela lives in Hayward with her husband, Oscar and five daughters, Natalie, Karrina, Isabella, Lilianna and Julissa.  She comes from a large Military family and loves to participate in Veteran/Military events or help with those in need.  She enjoys spending quality time with her family and being around friends when possible.   She is a SF Giants and SF 49ers fan who enjoys going to sporting events with her husband, playing volleyball with her daughters, taking road trips and reliving her childhood visits with her family, visiting one of her favorite places which is Disneyland and loves teaching her kids about their culture and heritage.

Originally from Hong Kong, Michael has been a Chinese Funeral Arranger for many years. He is committed to providing the community with quality funeral services so that the deceased will be given the highest respect and the bereaved family will be able to fulfil their filial duty properly and without difficulty. Michael enjoys cycling and hiking. Whenever he is available, you can find him on those bike trails or national parks.

Originally from Taiwan, Jenny has been a funeral counselor for over twenty years and has been at Grant Miller-John Cox Mortuary since 2005. She is very active in several associations in the Chinese community in Oakland's Chinatown, including the Chinese Chamber of Commerce, and enjoys traveling, physical fitness and gourmet cooking.

Leslie has been an Alameda community volunteer for over 15 years.  She is currently active with Alameda Kiwanis Club, Alameda Citizens Police (COPPS) and Christ Episcopal Church. Past volunteer activities include Alameda Hospital, Alameda Meals on Wheels & Friendly Visitors, American Red Cross and Alameda Food Bank.

She is a Bay Area native although lived in Tucson AZ and southern California for those younger years. Education includes University of Calif. Irvine, B.A. in anthropology and Orange Coast College, certificate in musical instrument repair. She was an accomplished French horn player for many years.  In 1985 moved back to the Bay Area for a career in commercial property management and accounting.  She was married for 18 years and lost her husband to cancer in 2006.

Leslie’s interests include trading equities and futures, classical music, travelling, camping & fishing and helping people.

Jaddy is originally from Houston and has served in different capacities in funeral service since 1996. She is a graduate of Texas A&M with a degree in Accounting. Jaddy is bilingual in Spanish and assists with administration and services.

She and her husband, Ken, are members of Bay Farm Community Church.  Her passion is being a leader with the Bible Study Fellowship and traveling.
