Thank You Carole,
The Carole I knew was not the one of California. The only Carole I know was a beautiful 1970’s hippy. She loved Cats, house plants, nursing school, kids named Tina, Julie and Barbara, and the mountains. Like John Denver said she “filled up my senses like a night in the forest”. Thank you for being snowbound in our little mountain cabin over Christmas when our Jeep was stuck, for cooking dinner while Tina and I took the sled to cut a Christmas tree. Thanks for sharing the fireflys, & singing syrupy Denver songs around the fire, visiting the hick - Dick Shick from up the crick. Thanks for the good times, and the bold 70’s naiveté. My memories are all good. Most of all, Thank You Carole, for bringing Tina into my life!!!
