Dearest Kumo Lani and Family,
your Dad and my parents Samson (RIP 11072011) and Ligaya "Joy MANUEL are also from Illocos, Philippines. Dad was in US Navy, with his first stop in Guam. Mom and Dad also were in Chicago and then settled here.
Their lives seemed to have shadowed your dad's and family.
